When you read some of the stuff on the Standfirm site...you realise that the Christian faith is among ruins!

Desmond Tutu...I don't care if you are a gay sympathiser...or if David Fischler has diagnosed you with senile dementia...  you are not coming in here... dressed in that ill fitting asbestos underwear...I mean we have standards to uphold!

I don't know Bill...looking at some of those speakers...
I reckon it's looks more like a CO2 conference... you know...death to gays and feminists and their sympathisers !
Calam...what about the segregation of men and women...you know the Claire Smith workshop on The Respectable Sins of Women in Ministry (women only)...do you reckon the women will all be menstruating...or will it be about female disobedience...I mean Phillip Jensen is one of the speakers you know.
I don't know about you two...but we blokes are all going to the men's only ...Respectable Sins of Men...it sounds like a bucks turnout...I bet it's all about sex and pornography!

Well why wouldn't Heaven be homophobic...it's sexist by Sydney Anglican standards!

 

Sydney Anglicans love publishing articles written by extremists... and there are none more extreme than those at Anglican Mainstream ...but for some reason... Sydney Anglicans forgot to post Anglican Mainstream's article on Desmond Tutu...the one where he stated that he'd wouldn't worship a homophobic God and would rather go to Hell than a homophobic Heaven.

Calam...do you reckon a homophobic Heaven is really Hell?
Buggered if I know Bill...but I reckon those who are undecided about church sexism and homophobia ...are destined for purgatory...I suppose it's the safest bet! Here's a worthwhile read ...Bill.

Is Haydn Sennitt confused...or just plain ambiguous...Well he is a Sydney Anglican!

I look for ambiguity when I'm writing because life is ambiguous.









I was perceiving myself as good as a man or equal to a man and as powerful, and I wanted to look ambiguous because I thought that was a very interesting statement to make through the media. And it certainly did cause quite a few ripples and interest and shock waves.








I left the ending ambiguous, because that is the way life is.











For anyone seeking freedom and deliverance from same-sex
attraction and other sexual brokenness and addiction, I cannot recommend Living Waters Australia more.



Oh come on Calam...that's not Haydn being ambiguous...Haydn being ambiguous is when he says that his identity is not defined by his temptation

 

Well that's fair enough Bill ...because Fred here ...doesn't want his identity to be defined by his   substance addiction... nor Jack here ...by his chauvinistic behaviour...and Marge over there ... she doesn't want to be defined...  as an hysterical, emotionally disturbed,  man - hating heretic... all because she believes in equal rights for Anglican women in Sydney... No Bill...I think Haydn's ambiguity lies in his fundamental theological principles aka as  the Sydney Anglican theology of stereotypes.

Yeah Calam...I believe in breaking stereotypes too... I want to marry a homosexual  ... then I know for sure I'll be wanted for my mind and not my body ...not like all them other heterosexual fellas who refuse to make an honest woman of me!
