Isn't a decorative cross a decorative cross to Protestants?

Sydney Anglicans posted this article as breaking news...It involves the Archbishop of Canterbury being criticised by fellow Protestant Rev Peter Mullen for isaying: The cross has become a religious decoration... It is something which religious people hang on to as a substitute for faith... I believe that during Lent one of the things we all have to face is to look at ourselves and ask how far we are involved in the religion factory.

I'm confused..Let's ask Phillip Jensen who's right

  1. As a Baptist, I wear an old vest instead of an Anglican Cross. It's not necessary to dress like a homo priest when leading a Sydney Worship Meeting. I believe all Bishops (especially in Gippsland) who wear crosses should be sacked.
