Priscilla and Aquila come of age at Moore College

In other parts of the developed world the Church of England is embracing women's ministry in the form of ordaining women bishops but in Australia, Moore College is still trying to work out how men and women can work side by side in the Sydney diocese. That is why Moore College established the Priscilla and Aquila centre. The centre began in 2011 with the first conference on Genesis 1-3 and 1 Timothy 2. In keeping with the submissive theme, Jane Tooher, the Centre's director, also spoke on ‘Modesty’.

Gee from where I'm sittin' the only way these Sydney women folk could work along side a man is if he came home and picked up a broom...cause I can't see a woman in sight!
